In response to the RECIPIENT requests for MATERIAL [ppdb data source] to be used for non-profit purposes. The ppdb Steering Commitee asks the RECIPIENT to agree to the following before the RECIPIENT receives the MATERIAL:

• The MATERIAL will be used for teaching or not-for-profit research purposes only.
• The MATERIAL will not be further distributed to others.
• The RECIPIENT agrees to acknowledge the source of the MATERIAL in any publication reporting its use.
